Account deletion

On Android or iOS, open Settings → Delete account. Guests can also delete their account without signing in. You can contact us for help.

What is deleted

The Baristat account identity, its subscription record, and associated Bari and notification records are deleted. Erasure of this installation’s collective contributions is requested separately and must be accepted by the server before account deletion. Local coffees, brews and settings remain on the device.

What remains separate

Your personal Google or Apple account and data in other services are not deleted. If the Apple connection cannot be revoked automatically, remove Baristat in Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple. Contributions from other installations or whose local identity was lost cannot be located by this deletion.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Baristat account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel or manage it in the store where you purchased it: the App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android. Restore Purchases recovers Pro access, not local data.

Need to request deletion?

If you cannot access the app, contact us below. If your account has an email address, write from that address. We will verify your identity and which records can be located; some data may be unreachable without the installation identity. Do not send passwords or authentication codes.
