ABOUT THIS RECIPE

30 g of coffee and 500 g of water: this V60 recipe uses a bloom, pours and drawdown. The quantities describe brewing water, not a guaranteed beverage yield.

The moment that decides the cup
Follow the bloom and swirl in the instructions, then track the accumulated water for each step.
What it forgives — and what it doesn't
Measure the water and keep the sequence when repeating. Drawdown time may vary; taste before changing anything.
Who it's for
For a larger V60 brew when you can follow the pours and accumulated water.
