HOW IT WORKS
How the method works
Coffee steeps in the vessel and is filtered by the Pressca’s plunger assembly.
- How the cup usually turns out
- The recipe sets coffee, water and time. Choose for your intended serving amount and vessel capacity.
- What it forgives — and what it doesn't
- Keep water and coffee within the capacity specified for the recipe’s model.
- The most common trap
- Scaling beyond the device’s capacity. Check its manual and leave room to assemble it.
